
ExpatAssistance® can handle the following issues:
- breakdowns in the house rented, like: plumbing, electricity, security system, doors and windows,
heating system, flooring, leakage;
- regular works, like: healthcare, home nursing, babysitting, gardening, pool maintenance,
cleaning;
- one-time works to be done upon or after the move-in, like: hang pictures, connect computer and
Internet, connect cable TV or satellite dish, plug in appliances, set up security system, find security
monitoring provider, repair smaller damages caused by the moving, have belongings
insured, etc;
- short interpretation on the phone, and translation or interpretation in general;
- special issues requiring some special knowledge or certification or charter, like: provide an attorney, a
municipal expert or special consultants.
ExpatAssistance® has a call-center where
- English speaking operators are ready to handle anything listed above and much more. They never say
"sorry, I cannot help you";
- the operator can handle very urgent or emergency cases and regular requests alike;
- the operator has access to a very wide range of high quality service providers working for
ExpatAssistance on a special agreement, and using special pricing;
- the operator remains in contact with the customer until the issue reported has been sorted out;
- the operator is supposed to receive and process feedback from customers to enable ExpatAssistance to
constantly improve services.
ExpatAssistance® has a team of back-office people who can handle any issue going beyond the scope of a call-center. The back office can:
- follow cases that last longer and require continued attention and control;
- find information or support that cannot be handled in the time-frame available to the operator at the call-center.
